Chef Payne will create a menu filled with delicious dishes that you will want to recreate for your family over the holidays. You will not only enjoy a wonderful dinner (with wine pairings if you wish), but will also be able to take the recipes home!
Each course in this dinner will reflect the flavors of the season and feature ingredients sourced from the Rocky Mountain Region.
Chef John Payne, who has worked for several James Beard award-winning restaurants in the Pacific Northwest and San Francisco, will join the dinners at each course to explain the origins and intent of each dish. For $15, guests can add a flight of 5 wines, served in 3 oz pours, each paired with a dinner course. Guests also have the option to purchase wine by the glass or any cocktail of their choosing.
