Our Seasonal Dinner will include delectable dishes that you                                    will want to recreate for your family for the holidays!

Each course in this dinner series reflects the flavors of the season and features ingredients sourced from the Rocky Mountain Region.


Chef Payne has created a menu filled with delicious dishes that                                      you will want to recreate for your family over the holidays.                                           You will not only enjoy a wonderful dinner (with wine pairings if you wish),                  but will also be able to take the recipes home!

Wine pairings will be available for purchase the night of the event.
